Return and Exchange Eligibility Criteria:

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Return Shipping Fee:

    Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fee.

    Return shipping fee will be reimbursed in the form of a discount code.

    To expedite the reimbursement of the return shipping fee, please submit your receipt to help@cylouett.com

    Once we have successfully verified and confirmed that the return and exchange criteria have been met. You will receive a discount code via email, exclusively for use on your next order.

    For a swift exchange experience, we recommend placing a new order.

    The new order should align with the initially ordered product in both type and quantity.

    Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

    Refund for Factory Defects:

    Products afflicted with factory defects qualify for a refund without the necessity of a return, provided that we have been notified and the necessary information is supplied and has undergone thorough investigation, verification, and validation.

    Return and Exchange will not be accepted for items damaged due to negligence during the unpackaging process.

    Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase within 10 business days.
